CSN, Inc is a non-profit organization and has been involved with the CACFP for the last three years as an Independent Institution. We recently have been approved as a Sponsoring Institution and look forward to providing services to our area’s child care providers.
Presently, as a Sponsor we will reimburse you at the following rates for meals served to your enrolled participants based on their financial eligibility-and administrative/operational costs associated with your food program:

Each participating center/homes must complete an application along with enrollment and financial eligibility forms for each participant enrolled in your center. As Sponsor we offer training and other program requirements stipulated by the CACFP.
